Ceramic low-voltage glow plug is a low-voltage auxiliary ignition device made of ceramic materials. It is mainly used in engine and automobile starting systems, heaters and air-conditioning systems to ensure reliable ignition at low ambient temperatures. This ignition device consists of an outer metal electrode tube and an inner ceramic conductor. The ceramic conductor contains a thermal evolution reaction material. When the electrons pass through the hot spot, the thermal evolution generates heat, which is transferred to the ceramic surface and transferred to the engine combustion chamber through the external electrode tube for ignition.
