ceramic raw materials are rich, low, high strength, high hardness, heat resistance, insulation, chemical stability, good with metal adhesion. At present, Al2O3 is the main material of ceramic substrates. The Chinese Academy of Sciences Shanghai Silicate Institute was measured, the rocky hardness of alumina (Al2O3) ceramics was HRA80-90 hardness second only to diamond far exceeding the wear resistance of wear-resistant steel and stainless steel.
The abrasion resistance of alumina (Al2O3) ceramics was equivalent to 171.5 times that of 266 times high chromium cast iron of manganese steel. Alumina (Al2O3) ceramic density is 3.5 g / cm3, only half of steel, which can greatly reduce equipment load.
