The Silicon Nitride Ceramic Ignition Series from Toro can quickly reach temperatures of 800°C to 1200°C within seconds. It ignites fuel either through direct heat transfer or forced air heating. The igniter features a temperature buffer zone to protect wiring connections from damage. Insulation at the wire joints effectively prevents short circuits caused by conductive ash residue. It typically operates on AC 220-240V~, with options for custom models that accept DC input voltage. When installed correctly and following appropriate ignition procedures, the silicon nitride ceramic igniter can safely operate for several years. Custom sizes up to 200mm x 200mm are available to meet specific customer requirements for ceramic igniters and heaters.
